RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. "DROP" MODEL AND FINAL SALES ZARPAZO operates under an exclusive model with strictly limited quantities. Because we do not carry excess inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, wrong models, or "buyer's remorse". Once an order is processed, all sales are considered final.
2. DID YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT? All our products go through rigorous quality control. However, if you received an item with a clear factory defect or a model different from your order, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

Reporting Timeframe: You have a strict period of 2 (two) calendar days (48 hours) from the delivery date and time to report the issue by emailing Contacto@zarpazo.com.mx.

Evidence Protocol (Unboxing): It is mandatory to attach a continuous, uncut video of you opening the shipping package and showing the product and its defect/error. Without this video evidence, the claim will be denied.

Condition of the Product: The item must remain new, unused, and undamaged. It must be returned inside its original Premium Box, which must also be in excellent condition.
3. REFUND POLICY We do not issue cash or transfer refunds for voluntary returns. Refunds to the original credit card or payment method will only be issued under the following two operational circumstances:

Lack of Inventory for Physical Exchange: If your claim for a factory defect or shipping error (Point 2) is approved, but due to the limited edition nature of the product we no longer have units available to exchange it, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation due to Purchase Limits or Fraud: To protect our community, Zarpazo enforces a strict limit of a maximum of 2 (two) hats per customer. If our system detects an order exceeding this limit or posing a high risk of fraud, the order will be immediately canceled, and the money will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
Note on banking processing times: Once Zarpazo processes and authorizes a refund, the time it takes to reflect on your bank statement will depend entirely on your financial institution's policies (usually 3 to 10 business days).
