1. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS ZARPAZO reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When this occurs, we will post the updates on our Website. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF ANY CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS Purchases on this site may only be made by individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state or province of residence. Minors may not make purchases except through their parent, legal guardian, or whoever holds parental authority.

3. PURCHASE CONDITIONS AND "DROP" MODEL Consumers may only purchase products available for sale on the ZARPAZO online store for delivery within the Mexican Republic. Limited Edition Items: ZARPAZO operates under an exclusive, strictly limited release model (Drops). Due to the intentional scarcity of our items, all sales are final. We do not guarantee restocks of past collections.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION ZARPAZO reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any purchase at its sole discretion. To ensure fair access for our customers and prevent unauthorized reselling, we strictly limit purchases to a maximum of 2 (two) hats per customer, per shipping address, or per payment method. Any order or attempted order exceeding this limit will be immediately canceled and refunded without prior notice.

5. INCORRECT USE OF THE WEBSITE It is strictly prohibited to use the Website to send, transmit, or publish any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, or that is false, misleading, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal. ZARPAZO may deny access to the Site at any time at its sole discretion.

6. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The copyright of all content (including logos, apparel designs, photographs, and text) belongs to and will continue to belong to ZARPAZO. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, license, transfer, or sell any Content without the express written consent of ZARPAZO.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The information and services on this site are provided "as is" without any warranties. ZARPAZO does not guarantee that the site will be error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted, nor is it responsible for technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
